If you hare having difficulty
operating your Power Pack product, please review this
list of simple checkpoints.
If you experience
disconnections during charging, please:
- unplug the cable from your device, wait 10 seconds and
re-plug the cable to the device.
If your electronic device is not registering a
connection and/or the light in the cable connector is
not glowing, make sure:
- there is not a gap in the case where the two halves
meet
- the cable is properly connected to the Power Pack and
your device.
- your device’s battery is not already full because
the Power Pack will not supply current to a fully charged
electronic device.
NOTE: The order
of connection is important. To work with your
device properly, the cable must be connected to the Power
Pack first and your device second. It can take up to 60
seconds before the indicator light is activated and for
your electronic device to show that it is receiving power.
